Mercedes-Benz GLA concept leaked

Official images of the Mercedes-Benz GLA concept have surfaced ahead of its unveiling at this weekend’s 2013 Shanghai auto show.
The leaked press shots reveal the complete interior and exterior styling of the compact Mercedes-Benz GLA crossover concept, which should morph largely unchanged into the production model set to debut later this year ahead of its Australian arrival in 2014.

The Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class will become the fourth model built on the German manufacturer’s MFA (Mercedes Front-wheel-drive Architecture), joining the A-Class hatch, B-Class mini MPV and CLA-Class ‘four-door coupe’.
It will inherit engines, transmissions and other mechanical components from its MFA siblings, including the 265kW/450Nm 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder motor for the GLA45 AMG performance flagship.

The GLA concept shares design elements with the A-Class, including an upright grille with prominent three-pointed star badge, rounded headlights, a shallow glasshouse above contoured door panels, and smooth C-shaped LED tail-lights in the tailgate.

Distinguishing the GLA-Class as an off-road-oriented version of its MFA siblings are aggressive lower front air intakes, chunky wheel arches bordered with plastic cladding, large alloys wrapped in off-road tyres, roof rails, an expansive protection panel on the rear bumper, and extra ground clearance.

The cabin features a unique combination of white, grey and tan materials, metal highlights and striking air vents. Expect tamer styling for the production GLA-Class, more in line with the A-Class, and a second-row bench to replace the concept’s individual rear seats.
More images and details of the Mercedes-Benz GLA concept will be revealed over the coming days. The Shanghai show kicks off on April 20.

  1. Thanks For sharing informational article..

I have a c300 and I am looking for a site that sells mercedes benz brand parts? I am looking for brakes and rotors finally I found one site. The best quality parts are from your nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer, of course. If you want to save some money, MBZPARTS is by FAR the best for OEM parts -- that is, parts made by the same manufacturer who makes it for Daimler.

That said, are you looking for some kind of "upgrade", or if you do honestly need new parts, get here. They cost much less than the dealer part and are better.
